1. Charge the Device
Before using your Sleep/Anxiety Device, make sure it is fully charged. It only takes about 30 minutes to reach a full charge. To prevent overcharging and potential damage, avoid leaving it plugged in for more than two hours.
2. Power It On
Once charged, press and hold the power button (located on the side of the device) for five seconds to turn it on.
The device automatically starts in low-frequency mode, which is intended for use in the left hand. This mode is designed to help with stress relief, reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, and easing insomnia.
3. Position the Device Correctly
For the best results, place the Sleep/Anxiety Device on specific acupressure point—PC8. See image

Right Hand (High-Frequency Mode): Boosts focus and alertness. To switch to this mode, press the power button again.
